I finally reached an associate that was able to work with me to get what I needed. The new phone service sends you straight to a recording so it is difficult when you need to speak with someone in a timely manner. Thank You!

They have been trying for yrs to tell me my payment was late or I didn't make a payment yet when I ask for dates they claim I didn't make payment he can't tell me ya because you know I've paid and have proof in my account of every payment then they stop paying my taxes with we're in my escrow and supposed to be paid by the mortgage comp have the deed that says that too yet they stopped paying it causing me to get a foreclosure in the mail so pd it and now trying to fig out a lawyer who will not only win my case but get these people out of here there a joke ....

I get a call from some guy at FCI. Fast talking, asking my last four digits of my SS. I say whats this in regards to. Tells me, it is a courtesy call. Okay, what about? "Well if you tell me your last four digits of your social I'll tell you." What is this? "Okay well I will tell your lender you don't wish to speak with us." Click. Hangs up! Are you kidding me? I call the number back. 15 minutes so far waiting to talk to a rude jerk? Let them call back. If it is a collection call they sure won't be going away.AY sSSATAST

This company has completely changed my life in the most worst way, I am mentally to my minds end of trying to deal with these incompetent individuals who make it impossible to follow their protocol to accomplish tasks that now are causing irreversible effects on my life, forever. I am exhausted in every aspect of dealing with this company.

Please by all means, do not allow this company into your life decision-making. Communication in every aspect is non-existing, easy is not in their realm of helping, following their own policies and procedures is questionable even to them, caring, understanding, compassion, concern, the willingness to correct their own lack of, and the list goes on.

My life is going on a down hill life changing crash with all the help from their customer service flaws, which will affect my future for life. I am physically sick and emotionally disturbed, extremely disappointed and consciously dysfunctional dealing with the uncertainty of my financial status and what my life will be.....unforeseen for sure.

Same here! They keep changing their rules.

The reps are incompetent and rude.

I am still waiting for a call back as to why I can never log on before a payment is due, or even on the actual due date. It's been since October of 2020!

Just because they have the name "Services" in their title does not mean that they provide service... I don't know who is getting any service from FCI... they do not respond to requests, they cannot ever get a payoff request completed in a timely manner and the payoff is almost always wrong, which requires additional WEEKS to get a corrected payoff causing delays in closings and costing tons of fees and even lost deals because FCI is inept. I have told lenders that if they use FCI I will not do business with them and if they sell or transfer service to FCI that I will NOT make any further payments and it will be interpreted that the lender has forgiven the balance on the loan.

The customer service is at worst. Mean, angry and not helpful. they just lie.

I called in on March 28, 2019 to request my 1099 since I didn't receive it by email or mail. The first CSA said: Oh, we are sorry, we didn't mail it to you. we can today. The second CSA who said she is the "Lead" said we mailed it on 1/31/2018. The third CSA, who said he is the manager said we mailed it on 1/27/2018. If you want to lie, at least be consistent. If you have Google as your browser, you can't even open the encrypted version. And, there is nothing they can do. What does that even mean? If you are helping the customers, you need to have your forms compatible with a few browsers that are in common. Not only one browser. It is the 21st century. 2019. I am one unhappy customer.

Payoff

We are a lender and requested a payoff for our borrower(mutual client). We received word it would take 7-11 business days.

When I called and expressed our concern to the manager Kyle he didn't seems to care. I asked if there was a way to HELP expedite or maybe process a processor cert but he didn't want to hear it. He pretty much told me it is what it is. I was upset that he would not take the opportunity to help a client in, instead of delaying his funding.

It was upsetting to say the least.

I was more upset it seems no one wanted to help or see how they can help.

I would think we would want the same result and we would all want to help our client and give them great customer service. Very Sad.

Caution they keep your money til you complain

Yep they sold my loan. My bank debits payment early so they get it by the first. So on 24th my bank sends the money, the 29th they sell the loan but dont send me notice til the 4th. New lender sends me info on the 6th asking for payment starting on the first,,,after the fact. I call FCI who says they didnt get the money even though they did. They assured me they would pay to the new lender.. i called again and they said it was sent the first week of Sept...Now 24 days later, new lender sends me bill for Sept and Oct and late fees. (which is against federal law when they sell a loan). I call back FCI who states again, they mailed it to the new lender now saying it was 4 days ago..even though previously they said they sent it first week. So now talking with new lender who wants me to leave voicemail. No way. This is my fifth conversation with diff reps today for over two hours. This shouldve been handled by FCI in the beginning. What a racket. New lender servicer better get the money.

Lenders beware

They are the very best I’ve seen of playing the “float “ Borrower payments are held 10 business days— usually for some odd reason borrower payments are received on a Friday or holiday extending the float time. In this computer age does it really take 10 days or sometimes more to clear borrower check and wire funds to lender??

every month they tell me the same story about refinance and than do not answer the phone going to lose my property soon talk to differnt people they just lie if you talk to them they always say your payment is late or you did not make your payment at all i have to call erik almost everyday just to get another lie told to me wish i could get out this mess i hate how they do people i hope i can refinance with another bank this is so unfair they know lm african american thats also a zero on my end some court should pick this up
